How do I return an item?
Returns
Contact FoosTables for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Do not ship items prior to receiving approval to your RMA.
All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of any promotional shipping offers, customer will be liable for actual shipping rates in delivery and return of the product.
Special order items, customized products, or any item described as non-returnable will not be accepted for refund.
No items will be eligible for return beyond 30 days from delivery date.
All products must be in new condition inside their original packaging to be considered for refund.
Cancellation After an order has been place, but before it has shipped, the order can be stopped with a 9% cancellation fee. Once your product is on the road, cancellation is subject to the restocking fee and shipping charges.
Delivery Any product damaged during shipment will be refunded only after a freight claim is approved through our licensed and insured carriers. If you encounter physical damage upon receipt of your product, document damage in detail before signing paperwork, or refuse delivery.
If you are unable to inspect your entire product at the time of delivery, write "Subject to further inspection" on the bill of lading. Without proper notes on the bill of lading, you will be unable to return a product due to delivery damage. Defects Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to terms of original manufacturer's warranty.
